youtube bug? No "張根碩" or "장근석" only "Jang Keun Suk" 8-O

A strange bug I found on youtube...

I tried to create a new playlist using "張根碩" or "장근석"... neither worked... I had thought the create new playlist might had stopped working... until finding out... "Jang Keun Suk" worked.

No foreign characters in playlist?
