Today, I decided to create a folder for Office 2003 and Office 2007 and place them shortcuts to the appropriate folders.
The task is simple and straightforward...
Essentially, the path to start up menu is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs on Windows 7.... (assuming your OS is installed on C drive)
I creatied a new folder and named it "Microsoft Office 2003."

I cut shortcuts to Office 2003 from the Microsoft Office folder and past them into the newly created "Microsoft Office 2003" folder.
