Login Locally to Windows 7 ".\"

I was complaining about how annoying it is having to type in the computer name when needing to login locally each time to Windows 7...

Apparently, there is a shortcut and my really smart friend just showed me how to do it today....

Instead of typing out the whole computer name "1150GDtablet40\username," all that you have to do is to type in at the login screen ".\username"...

Tried it and it worked!!!

Now I am one happy rat! 8-D lol
